Megrez Immigration Consultants is a licensed immigration consulting firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia, led by Jose Godoy, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC, license R411151), regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Free Assessment and initial inquiries
Submitting a free assessment, contact form, or any preliminary inquiry does not create a consultant-client relationship. Information you provide at this stage is used only to evaluate whether we can help you and to discuss potential pathways.
A formal consultant-client relationship is established only when both parties sign a written Retainer Agreement specifying the scope of services and fees.
Professional services
All professional immigration services are governed exclusively by the signed Retainer Agreement between you and Megrez Immigration Consultants. The Retainer Agreement defines the scope of work, responsibilities, fees, and conditions of representation. Nothing on this website modifies or replaces those terms.
Fees and payment
Fees for professional services are set out in the Retainer Agreement and must be paid in accordance with its terms. Government processing fees are separate from our professional fees and are payable directly to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Megrez Immigration Consultants and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
