What we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly through our contact forms, free assessments, email, phone calls, and consultations. This typically includes your name, email, phone number, country of citizenship, immigration history, employment background, family information, and any documents you share with us for assessment or representation.
We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source, through cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
How we use your information
We use the personal information you provide for internal purposes only — to respond to your inquiry, assess your eligibility, and discuss potential immigration pathways. We do not share, transmit, or use this information outside our firm at this stage.
If you decide to retain our services and a formal Retainer Agreement is signed, we will then use your information to prepare and submit your application, communicate with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other relevant authorities on your behalf, process payments, and fulfill our regulatory obligations under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
We also use limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve our website.
Who we share it with
We do not share information collected during initial inquiries or assessments with any third party.
Once you formally retain our services, we may share your information only when necessary: with IRCC and other Canadian or foreign government authorities as part of your application; with the CICC if required for regulatory or audit purposes; with trusted service providers (such as our case management software, secure document storage, and accounting services) bound by confidentiality obligations; and when required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted file storage, secure client portals, and restricted internal access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
Retention
We retain client files for the period required by CICC regulations (currently a minimum of six years after the file is closed), after which records are securely destroyed.
Your rights
